Relegated Dutch Eredivise side NEC Nijmegen have terminated the contract of German-born Ghanaian winger Reagy Ofosu.

The 25-year-old joined NEC in July 2016 from Austrian side SV Grodig as a free agent but only made 16 appearances scoring two goals as the Goffertstadion were relegated from the Dutch topflight.

NEC are on a massive rebuilding exercise and Ofosu is the twelfth player whose contract has been abrogated by the club this summer.

Ofosu who made name with Hamburg in Germany has already caught the eyes of Bundesliga II side Arminia Bielefield and a deal could go through before the transfer window ends.

He has also previously featured for German sides Chemnitzer FC as well as FC Ingolstadt 04.
