Ghana winger Noel Nyason made his debut for Maltese side Floriana FC as they drew 3-3 with Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade on Thursday evening.

The left winger who was signed from Greek Panelefsiniakos AO last week was introduced into the game in the 39th for Enrico Pepe and went on to have fantastic evening as his side came back from behind twice.

Nyason is expected to play a key role in Giovani Tedesco’s side as they seek to wrestle the title from current champions Hibbernians FC.

” It was a great game and a good debut for me though we could not make it to the second round, we will now concentrate on our pre-season and look forward to the coming season,” Nyason told footballmadeinghana.com

Floriana FC will open their league campaign on August 17 away to Birkarka FC.
