Dreams FC deputy manager Winfred Dormon says he wants to be one of the greatest football gaffer’s in Ghana and the World as a whole.

The Dreams FC assistant boss acquired his CAF License B coaching certificate some few weeks ago and is ready to go all out in the industry.

 

“The License B certificate has added a lot of knowledge to my understanding of the game and I have also learnt a lot  in terms of  the psychological aspect of the game,” Dormon told footballmadeinghana.com

“Now football is more scientific this days players comes from different backgrounds and therefore a coach must have basic knowledge in other to interact with the players positively,”

Dormon added “It has helped me a lot because my attitude towards the game has completely changed . If you are a coach and you don’t know the psychology basics,  you might end up injuring the players,”

“I have also had a fair knowledge on the scientific and practical aspect of the game and it is my aim to transfer what I have learnt to my players,”

The former Olympics skipper officially thanked the Executive Chairman  of Dreams FC, Kurt ES Okraku and the entire management for their support.
