Lam Palmas star-boy Kevin Prince Boateng has been named in the EA Sports La Liga Team of the Season (TOTS) for 2017.

FIFA’s Ultimate Team  celebrates outstanding players in the Europe’s top leagues with a special Team of the Season (TOTS)  which is usually announced in grand style. The team of the year for Spain was announced on Thursday evening, and unsurprisingly giants Real Madrid and Barcelona dominated the line-ups.

Boateng is the only player from Las Palmas to be named in the 23-man squad with a rating of 88 on the scale of 100.

The 30 year old moved to Las Palmas in 2016 scoring 10 goals in 28 appearances.

2016 Ballor D’or winner and UEFA Champions top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo is the joint highest rated player with Lionel Messi on 99.
