Ghana international Abdul Rahman Baba could leave Chelsea this summer with several top clubs lining up for his signature as the summer transfer window approaches.
The Ghanaian left-back is on loan at Bundesliga side Schalke but might make a move away from Stamford Bridge permanently with more suitors on his heels.
Reports from German Portal Sportal state that Schalke are interested in signing him outright from Chelsea whilst Wolfsburg and Dortmund are also keen on him.
Italian giants Inter Milan together with AS Roma as well as English clubs Newcastle, and Everton are also monitoring the situation.
Baba joined Chelsea in the summer of 2015 for 20 million Euros but was loaned out Schalke 04 in June 2016.
