Ghana striker Jane Ayiayam is nearing the completion of her course to become an officer in the Ghana Police Service. Ayiayam, has been undergoing training for the past six months at the Kpalogo Police Training School. She will become one of many other female national team players to have a profession in Ghana’s security services. Women’s Soccer: Ampem Darkoa beat Police Ladies to win Super Cup

Ampem Darkoa Ladies have won their first ever Super Cup title after beating Police Ladies 2-0 at the Kumasi stadium on Saturday. Mavis  Owusu and Priscilla  Okyere scored for last season’s Women’s League winners to hand them the first trophy of the new season. The game was attended by top GFA officials and members of the women’s League Board.
