  Elmina Sharks have appointed Yaw Acheampong as head coach after asking Kobina Amissah to proceed on two-match leave. The former Ashantigold boss was given the job on Thursday and will lead Sharks in this Sunday’s week-19 Premier league fixture against Accra Hearts Oak at the Nduom Stadium.
