Black Princesses face France in FIFA U-20 opening game

The Black Princesses were on Thursday, March 8, handed a tough draw at the U-20 FIFA Women’s World Cup which will take place at France in August this year.

The draw, which was held at Rennes Opera House in Rennes, France, saw the Black Princesses of Ghana drawn in Group A with host nation France, Netherlands and New Zealand.

Ghana will play their opening match against France on August 5, 2018 at Vannes which will be the opening game of the competition. Below are the full fixtures for the tournament.

Group A: France, Ghana, New Zealand, Netherland.

Group B: North Korea, England, Mexico, Brazil

Group C: United States, Japan, Paraguay, Spain

Group D: Haiti, China PR, Nigeria, Germany
