Hearts of Oak unveil 12 new players

The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak on Wednesday unveiled 12 newly signed players for the 2017/18 season at the World Trade Fair Centre, Accra. The players, three being foreign nationals, include former Asante Kotoko defender, Evans Quao and former Ebusua Dwarfs right back, Christopher Bonney.

The rest of the players are: Joseph Esso, midfielder, formerly of Dwarfs; Selasie Blessing, striker from Auroras; Benjamin Agyare, defender formerly of Heart of Lions and Camara Nguessan, midfielder from Ivory Coast.

The others are: Abubakar Traore, striker from Burkina Faso; Radji Okemba, winger from Congo; Richard Baido, goalkeeper from Auroras; Theopilus Jackson, goalkeeper from WAFA; Benjamin Afutu, midfielder from Karela United and Fatawu Mohammed who had a contract renewal.
