Wahab Adams signs for Kotoko

Former Aduana Stars defender, Wahab Adams has joined Asante Kotoko on a two-year-deal after his contract expired with the league champions.

The player who was yesterday declared a “floating” player by the Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) signed for the Porcupine Warriors on Thursday morning at the club’s secretariat in Kumasi.

Wahab Adams will form part of the team’s squad for their African club campaign as they look to form a formidable side to make a mark on the continent after years of total disappointment.

The 27-year-old is expected to replace Ahmed Adams who is likely to join Young Boys of Switzerland.
