Dreams FC manager, Abdul Karim Zito has stressed that Black Stars B midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey has a special God-given talent.
Zito who is arguably the best manager in Ghana when it comes to youth development pointed out that it is very rare in football nowadays to see midfielders who are offensively and defensively good like Emmanuel Lomotey.
“God has given Lomotey a special gift because is very difficult nowadays to get a midfielder who can play both the offensive and defensive role so well,” Zito told footballmadeinghana.com
“He has the physical ability, as well as height which is good for any footballer and he also has intelligence. Lomotey is a player with vision, he can even score from centre line which underlines his uniqueness.”
“In short, Lomotey is someone who has passion for the game, he is always ready to play. This type of players are very few in the system. He is someone who also listens to advice, anytime he plays, after the game he will come to the coach and ask about his performance including his wrongs and rights.”
Lomotey was one of the key men in midfield as Ghana won the 2017 WAFU Tournament by thrashing Nigeria 4-1 in the finals on Sunday.
