The Black Starlets of Ghana will play two friendly games against Iran and New Zealand at Abu Dhabi as part of their preparations for the 17th edition of the FIFA Under 17 World Cup which is slated for India in October.
The Starlets will leave for the UAE Capital on Wednesday Afternoon for the Asian country to put finishing touches to their training before they connect to India ahead of the tournament which begins on October 6.
Ghana was initially scheduled to hold the pre-season camp in Denmark but many of the players were refused visa making the management to opt for Abu Dhabi.
Ghana who have won the tournament twice are in Group A alongside host nation India, USA and Columbia.
