Dortmund boss reveals reason for signing Ghanaian whizkid Denzeil Boadu

Borrusia Dortmund Under 23 manager Ingo Preus has revealed the reason behind the signing of Ghana youngster Denzeil Boadu from Manchester City.

Boadu, 20, joined the former Bundesliga champions on Monday as a free agent and Reus has sated he is part of their project for the future.

“Denzeil was a great talent in youth. But then some injuries have thrown him back. We’re trying to get him back to the level he’s been at, he is part of our future project.” Preus told BILD.

The Ghanaian becomes the second youngster BVB have signed from City this summer with the other being Jadon Sancho.
