Aduana Stars CEO, Albert Yahaya Commey has confirmed that the Fire Club have lodged a protest against Accra Hearts of Oak in relations to midfielder Leonard Tawiah who featured in their 26th week clash which ended 3-3 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Commey stated that that Tawiah who featured in the encounter was not qualified and they have already written to GFA.
“Tawiah was not eligible for the game but he played so we have lodged a complaint at the GFA” Commey told footballmadeinghana.com
Aduana Stars are currently leading the league log with 48 points but will move to 50 points if they win the protest.
