Promoted Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have released manager Abdul Karim Zito to Inter Allies in their quest to survive the top flight.
Zito who was the youth development manager of Dreams FC and in charge of the club’s feeder side Still Believe FC was appointed as interim manager of the senior team prior to the end of the first round following the departure of Charles Akunnor to Ashanti Gold.
Zito played eighteen games with Dreams FC in all competitions losing only three and was responsible for the promotion of the likes of Benjamin Ayim, Zuberu Sharani, Montari Kamahini, Khalid Mumin, Rashid Sani, George Dwubeng, Abdul Jalilu and several of the young players who have played integral part of the team’s qualification to the topflight.
Dreams FC in an official Press release on Monday signed by their administrative manager Ameenu Shardow confirmed Zito’s departure.
The astute manager has previously handled clubs such as Kotoko, Hearts of Oak andd WAFA.
