The players are aware of what we want-Maxwell Konadu

Black Stars deputy coach Maxwell Konadu says the players who have been selected for the B team CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso know what is at stake.

Konadu indicated that the game provides an opportunity for the players to establish and also market themselves.

The Black Stars second in command urged every Ghanaian to give the team the needed support as they seek to qualify for next year’s CHAN tournament in Kenya.

“The players are aware of what the nation wants. This is a correct platform for them to show what they are made of. Every Ghanaian has to just give them the support and we the coaches will manage them well for a win on Saturday,”Konadu told the Press.

“The pitch given to us to train is not good but we are managing as our focus is to win against the Stallions on Saturday,”

The Black Stars B arrived in OuagadugouĀ on Wednesday with an 18-man squad and they will face the Local Stallions in a 2018 CHAN qualifier tomorrow (Saturday).
