The Greater Accra RFA chairman Eddie Nii Doku has pointed out that his association should not be blamed for the delay start of the start of the Region’s third-tier league.
Almost all the regional second division league are in progress with the exception of Greater Accra which will commence this week but the boss of the RFA says they have been encountering problems which is beyond them.
“Greater Accra have more clubs than any of the regions so organizing league in here becomes more difficult and it is not easy,” he told footballmadeinghana.com.
“Though most of the juvenile leagues in other areas are going on, Greater Accra will start on Saturday. We have problems with our registration cards and we could not play without them. We now have the cards and I can confirmed the league will commence this weekend,”
Greater Accra can boast of over 70 clubs who will compete in the Division Two.
