Dreams FC’s Technical Director Manuel Zacharias has promised to be a father figure to both the technical team and the playing body of the club.

The Portuguese trainer joined the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League debutants a fortnight ago after parting ways with Brong Ahafo-based Bechem United at the tail end of last year, despite guiding them to their first ever major silverware (the 2015/16 MTN FA Cup).

Zacharias, soon after his official unveiling met his technical team and playing body for the first time during one of their training sessions at the Kweiman School Park.

Speaking at his official meeting with the Manager Charles Akonnor and his lads, the new Technical Director declared his total commitment to see the club through a successful season and made his intentions known to the playing body that he will be ready to assist in any need.

“I am glad to be here and begin a season with you and help everybody, I am here like a Coach, I am Technical Director like a father, like friend and like a brother.” He said.

Zacharias, prior to joining Dreams FC was highly linked to Asante Kotoko.
